Dear Guy, Ange & Family,

Just another little letter to let you all know I’m still getting along fine & dandy. Hope you all are the same. Did I tell you I got one of the boxes? Say, did mom ever get any of those pictures I sent? I just found out about the rolls the Army was going to send for me. They didn’t send them. That was a dirty trick. I got a lot of good pictures there. When are you all going to send me some pictures of yourself? Dad told me about you winning the game at Lexington. Getting back in the groove huh? Keep it up. Only I guess baseball season is over now. Almost time for the old shot-guns to start booming back there. Oh, well, maybe some day I’ll get home. Well, I guess I’ll close. I’ll write again soon. Give Ange & Sonny & Sally & all my love.

Your Brother Roy
